SCRUMPTIOUS LEMON GLAZED ANGEL FOOD CUPCAKES



Take a look at these sweet little cupcakes. I almost made Lemon Jello Cake but put a twist on it! I made Angel Food Cake mix by scratch.....yes I did! I poked some lovely little holes through the tops of those golden cupcakes, and glazed them. This wasn't any run of the mill glaze, but luscious lemon glaze with a hint of vanilla. If you make these cupcakes, make sure that you use freshly squeezed lemon juice from real lemons. Please don't use the bottled juice, as it won't be the same kind of deliciousness. If these taste half as good as they look and sound then I am sold! I love the airy-goodness of angelfood cake... Lemon glaze is just icing on the (cup)cake!

I challenge you to find low-carb desserts that I can eat right now...mmmmm they look so great!

Way to go on the homemade angel food cake. Im sure they are good...something that looks that perfect has to taste perfect!
